OMVH Rules

The following sections of the Rules of Procedure for the Administrative Law Court are applicable to hearings before the Office of Motor Vehicle Hearings (OMVH). Rules of Procedure specific to the OMVH proceedings will be promulgated pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-660 and posted in the near future.
